The BEHLT Sandwich

The BEHLT Sandwich

Have you tried out my homemade bagels yet? If not, don’t worry. This BEHLT sandwich was developed for ease, and tastes perfectly wonderful by letting someone else do the grunt work.

The BEHLT Sandwich by

I discovered a really great food combination a few months ago, and my breakfasts have turned into some mix of the following: a carby item (toast, waffle, pancake) along with some protein (egg or tofu) and some fixings (tomato, hummus, avocado, cheese). The ingredients all seem to go quite well together and since there are many combinations, I find myself never getting bored. The BEHLT Sandwich by
This BEHLT sandwich was inspired by the food combinations above and is so easy you hardly need a recipe, but when you’re tired and the last thing you want to do is cook breakfast or dinner, easy options are the best options.

All you need to do is toast a bagel of your choice, give it a swipe of hummus, fry an egg, and top it with some lettuce and tomato. Done. It’s plenty filling to tide you over for a while if you choose to enjoy this one at breakfast, but it also makes a great dinner after a long day of work.
