Good morning! I have a short little post for you today because the weather sure got the better of me this weekend. Now that I’m working three jobs plus freelancing, I don’t always get the best of luck with the weather on Saturdays and Sundays which means photo taking can be a bust.
In truth, I love rain. I’ve always loved the rain. When I wake up and see those stormy clouds and hear the drops pitter-pattering on my window, I know it’s going to be a cozy, productive day. I bought some cheap rain boots in Ireland a few years back and they’re bright pink with leopard print…totally not my style anymore but I was desperate and they’re so much fun to jump in puddles with.

Vegan Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

This vegan pumpkin pie smoothie is a great way to make your smoothie taste like dessert while still being good for you!
Ingredients
- 1 banana (frozen)
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup almond milk (or other non-dairy milk)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon*
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend. Serve immediately.
Notes
*You can use 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice instead of adding the spices separately
